Our Mission is to impact individuals, families, and communities by restoring the overall functioning of individuals with limb loss and physically disabling conditions through the use of orthotic and prosthetic devices.
Professional Staff
Rondell Richardson, CO, BOCP
Co-Owner
 Rondell Richardson, Prosthetist/Orthotist, has provided Orthotic and Prosthetic services in the Charlotte area since 2002. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in health fitness. He received certificate degrees in both Orthotics and Prosthetics from the Newington Certificate Program, University of Connecticut.
Research interests include management of prosthetic and orthotic devices for the diabetic population, improving patient outcomes, and increasing public awareness of the orthotics and prosthetics. They are also interested in providing community based services and partnering with several community agencies to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Rico Phronebarger
Co-Owner
 Rico Phronebarger is a Prosthetic/Orthotic Technician with 18 years of service in the field. He has served as Lab Manager for several Orthotic and Prosthetic companies and has various certifications in the industry. Rico’s background is complimented by marketing experience and a wealth of clinical contact.
